Trout Creek is where I grew up, and having lived and sold R. E. in Toronto, Vancouver & Edmonton, well…I can tell you this is a special spot in the Okanagan. Being so close to Penticton, it also attracts some high end Penticton folks who choose to live here only 9 minutes on a 4laner into Pen.
What a wonderful place to own a property in a quiet neighborhood where anyone can walk to the lakeshore picnic areas, the two best beaches in the Okanagan (including Powell that gets hardly any tourists and has a LIGHTHOUSE!).

Trout Creek is sought after year in and year out. So quiet and private, and set back from the highway. Kids can ride the bikes to the tennis courts and the ball diamonds and lots of other kids here, too. Or, they can sit and play video games…you get the picture! You want this life for your kids!
Trout Creek has two of the Okanagan’s finest beaches to choose from, plus a few different beach picnic accesses perfect to launch the kayaks…There is even a creek (hence the name of the area…Trout Creek) that the more adventurous kids will love throwing rocks into! Safe, quiet, friendly and very little traffic…this is Trout Creek neighbourhood! And all in the small town of Summerland, just up the highway from Kelowna and Penticton, and all on Okanagan Lake!
