Pick a spot and work hard to dig 20 feet! That is one reason I focus so much of my work on non local buyers! It’s easy to sit and wait for the spring market, but there are people shopping right now looking at Summerland property. They just are not physically here, that’s all. They are snowed in and sitting comfortably in front of their computer looking at Summerland Real Estate, online.
With thanks to web tools such as RE/MAX Main Street, my traffic (think people looking in the windows of a real estate office, but on line rather than standing out front), is way up already this year. It takes a lot more internet marketing savvy than it used to in order to work with serious buyers these days. Things change.
A lot of people in Summerland are convinced the market will pick up this spring, it’s best to list in the spring anyway, when the flowers are pretty. Wait a minute, is that better if you’re a buyer or better if you’re a seller?
Hmmm, is it feed a cold, starve a fever, or the other way around? I can never remember.
Does it matter if you get the rhyme wrong? No, because a folk remedy that doesn’t work… doesn’t work whether you say it right or not.
It’s a different world out there trying to find a buyer, things have changed, and if you are serious about selling, then get serious about selling.
