“We have to make sure that there are expectations set so that there isn’t anybody offended”

Roger Martin, Dean of Rotman School of Management…referring to comments made by Associate Dean after some drinks.  Don’t you think it is really quite impossible to hope that “there isn’t anybody offended”?  Wow, what a call to do NOTHING, in case somebody is “offended”…Political Correctness has not died down one bit in Canada!  We must never do something that “might” offend!  I would like to say right here and now that I am sorry if my posting has been offensive to anyone.
